About my area

I was born and raised in the department of Lot-et-Garonne, between the Lot Valley and the gates of the Dordogne, where the stone is laden with history and the countryside is lush , where the streets of the villages are steep and narrow, and where the panoramas invite us to linger. The Lot-et-Garonne is a region of beautiful treasures….the history is omnipresent here, it nestles in the smallest alley of a bastide, at the corner of a village square , from the smallest of wooden houses to the grandest of country manoirs. Here, we like to take the time to live and reconnect with the important things in life. We love walking or cycling in the countryside, or strolling among the farmers' markets soaking up the flavours and colours of the region’s specialties. We like to laugh, discover, and share this region…..often around a table with a good wine! With its waterways, charming villages, castles and gently rolling countryside, the Lot-et-Garonne is, for me, the ideal place to settle down.
