Company founder, Trevor has overall responsibility for the business. He has a high profile within the industry and is respected for his innovative thinking and passionate approach

Karine holds the Carte Professionnelle for our head office. She also oversees all of the obligatory training and legal compliance within the company.

Joanna Leggett

Marketing Director

Joanna has a media background in Central London and is responsible for our international marketing programme. Her role covers PR, advertising, exhibitions and managing our growing online presence as well as all brand related issues.

Vicki Randall

Managing Director

Vicki is responsible for the smooth running of the company and directly oversees the Contracts and Mandates departments. She also acts as Finance Director for the company.

Natalie Leggett

Client Service Director

Natalie manages our Sales Support Team ensuring a prompt and professional response to all client enquiries. She has a unique knowledge of France and is expert at taking a full brief from clients so that we can find the ideal properties from within our portfolio.

Headed by Natalie Leggett this is the team that will take your initial enquiry, help you find suitable properties and create your viewing itinerary where you will be met by our local agents. Our call center is open six days a week and we are currently handling up to 500 new enquiries a day.

Mandates

Headed by Vicki Randall our efficent mandats team work seamlessly with Leggett Agents to ensure that all mandats and avenants are processed effectively and quickly.We are one of the first estate agents in France to introduce electronic mandating in an effort to cut down paperwork for our clients. This team work to ensure that all property listings with Leggett Immobilier are correctly registered and logged.

Sales team

Carl Fitzpatrick is our Commercial Director and heads the internal sales team. He also leads our team of around 650, self employed, agents across France. The agents on the ground offer unrivalled local knowledge and are given full support to ensure that the service you receive is of the highest quality.

Recruitment

Lorraine Deuré heads up the department, assisted by a dedicated team of recruiters. They are constantly on the search for new, dynamic agents throughout France. Leggett offers an unrivaled Induction Training as well as continued support both in the field and from Head Office departments.

Contracts team

Headed by Vicki Randall we are proud that we have such a qualified team of contracts professionals in-house. We don’t know of another agency in France who can boast that they have a fully qualified notaire as part of their team. This team will ensure that your sale or purchase passes as smoothly as possible and will liaise with your local notaire.

I.T. Team

IT support is given by SARL Pixul and headed by Ludovic Boyer. They ensure the smooth running of the bespoke internal systems used through the Leggett Group. The team also works closely with our marketing department on the design and upkeep of the award winning Leggett websites – ensuring that they remain the most innovative and user friendly in the business. It is critical to our vendors that their properties reach the widest possible global audience, and that the descriptions are accurate, informative and contain excellent photographs, virtual tours and floorplans.

Matt deals with all the partner agencies across the world. We have local partners in France and some at the other side of the globe who help us market our lovely properties. At Leggett's we are open to new partnerships.

Marketing

We have the biggest international marketing presence of any estate agent in France. Headed by Joanna Leggett we employ a team of people expert in the field of public relations, direct marketing and graphic design. Central to the team is Simon Langdon who is our SEO strategist and data analyst. As the property market evolves, Leggett remain at the forefront of digital innovation. Giving maximum exposure to our client's properties is one of the reasons that we sell more houses in France to international buyers than any other estate agency.

Training and Development

Jurina Longis is responsible for the ongoing training of our sales force. She is responsible for the residential "induction training" that all new agents must undertake, as well as our team of regional trainers who ensure that our agents are kept abreast of changes to legislation, market changes and internal policies and procedures.
