Gite 1:

Gite 2:

Similar to the first Gite, this also has a large Kitchen/Diner to the left, and also benefits from a bedroom with accessible bathroom on the ground floor – ideal for guests with limited mobility. You’ll find a private terrace outside of the front door with seating area also.

Upstairs on the first floor, are two bedrooms; one double and one with bunk/twin beds. A shower room, with separate WC on the corridor.

On the second floor, are three more bedrooms; one double, one with bunk/twin beds and one with twin cots. Another shower room and separate WC on the corridor.

Owners Accommodation:

Located in an extension to the rear of the property, this has its own Barbecue area to the side of the property. Enter into a hallway with WC, and to the right a large Living/Dining room. The room has a small wood burner and is very modern, but ready to be decorated to your own taste. Behind this, you have an archway leading to a lovely fitted kitchen with enough room for a kitchen table too.

Upstairs, you have three bedrooms, all of which are a good size, and a bathroom with WC.

Outside Facilities:
The house is set in the middle of a large, and landscaped garden – featuring nice pathways, water fountains and pretty shaded seating areas.

There is a large hangar to the rear, which is covered but open sided, with a swings and games area, brick-built barbecues for guest use, seating, a bar and laundry rooms.

You also have a table tennis area, a petanque court and a badminton court elsewhere in the grounds. A swimming pool with plenty of seating, a toilet, and even a sauna are in a gated area, as well as a children’s splash pool and in-ground Jacuzzi.

This is a fantastic complex which has been well-designed and is ready to open its doors straight away.
