Originally from Strasbourg in Alsace, I spent twenty years living in Berlin, where I taught French at university and took part in European projects focusing on student mobility and multilingualism. These experiences gave me the opportunity to work in an international environment and develop a deeper understanding of intercultural communication.
After several years in education, I decided to embark on a new career in property, a field that had interested me for a long time. What particularly appeals to me is the breadth and diversity of the property sector, which brings together such varied fields as architecture, law, urban planning, construction and heritage conservation. It is a profession that calls for constant curiosity and a strong ability to adapt.
My British husband and I chose to settle in the Dordogne, drawn by its architectural heritage and the diversity of the region.
The international outlook of Leggett Immobilier was a natural fit with my own background. It allows me to combine my professional experience, my language skills and my interest in homes and architecture, while working with clients from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds.
I work in French, English, German and Spanish. Beyond speaking different languages, I see myself as a cultural bridge for my international clients, helping to facilitate communication, navigate cultural differences and ensure that everyone feels understood and supported throughout their property journey.
For me, property is ultimately about people. It requires attentive listening, mutual understanding and a genuine commitment to each client's individual needs. This is what makes my work so rewarding.

I have a particular appreciation for the diversity of architectural styles and a passion for interior design. I also enjoy visiting local brocantes and antique markets with my husband, searching for old objects and unique pieces with a story to tell. I am equally interested in the region’s wine heritage, its appellations and the distinctive terroirs that shape it, from Pécharmant to Monbazillac.
