Located at an altitude of 1,500 metres and overlooking the charming village of Champagny-en-Vanoise, the Champagny-le-Haut plateau is a true delight for lovers of unspoilt Alpine landscapes.
Close to the main village yet wonderfully secluded, the Champagny-le-Haut valley combines a spectacular natural setting, characteristic of glacial valleys, with a landscape shaped by generations of human activity and adaptation .

In winter, the valley offers a vast nordic and cross-country skiing area with almost 30km of prepared and secured runs, snowshoe hiking trails, horseback riding and ski-joering, dog sled rentals and the famous ice climbing tower with regular competitions and events attracting large crowds.
The freeride and off- piste enthusiasts that dare the thrilling rides from the top of La Plagne , Roche de Mio and Bellecote summits, into the wide bowls and steep couloirs leading down into the valley all arrive at Champagny le Haut.
Free shuttle buses run every 5-10 minutes to bring them back in less than 6 minutes to the the main village and its connection with La Plagne and Les Arcs /Paradiski and its 430km of slopes. A short drive via Bozel (less than 30min) takes you to Courchevel and its access to the gigantique 3 V skie area.
In spring, when the ski season in the resorts comes to an end, the ski mountaineers put the skins on their skis : The valley is starting and end point for many iconic ski mountaneering routes, ( Grand Bec Couloir des Italiens, Col du Palet, Grand Casse, Grand Motte and many others. )
In summer, Champagny le Haut turns into a haven for nature lovers, hikers, climbers, and everyone who is yearing the beauty, peace and calm of the unspoiled mountains. A number of high-altitude refuges attract hikers and alpinists alike, while connection some of the iconic long distance hiking trails in the French Alps.

"Chalet
1. The chalet has 4 levels. Area of the chalet - 1036 sq.m. There is an architectural project developed
for 12 apartments - area is 1142 sq.m.
2. The size of the main hall is 160 sq.m., it is also designed for a palace fireplace 2.5 meters wide and
2 meters high.
3. The ceiling height of the upper floor of the chalet reaches 8 meters.
4. In the very center of the hall, communications are laid for a fountain with a diameter of 3 meters.
5. Panoramic windows in the chalet has minimum number of partitions, ensuring full view.
6. Dimensions of windows:
- in the hall: 7 meters high, 10.5 meters wide;
- in the dining room: 4 meters high, 8 meters wide;
- in the bedroom: 4.5 meters high on one side and 3 meters on the other side.
7. Each of the rooms does not have supporting, visible columns, beams that would limit the space.
All load-bearing elements are embedded inside walls (invisible).
The chalet comprises four levels:
Level -1: sauna, hammam, huge SPA area with hot and cold pools, large bathroom, guest toilet, ski
room / wardrobe, laundry room, bedroom with kitchen and bathroom that have separate entrance
from the street for guests or staff, two utility rooms (electric room / boiler room), gym with fountain,
secret room.
Outdoor terrace is fitted with indoor icy pool and wood-fired Japanese soaking tub.
Level 0: Walk In cloakroom, guest toilet, three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large Walkin cloakroom, large bathroom,
garage for 8 cars (155 m2, ceiling height 3m.),

Each room has a large, covered balcony.
