Close to the centre of the town, you will find this beautiful old stone town house. The front door opens into a long hallway that runs from front to rear. To the right is the formal dining room. At the end of the hallway you will find the kitchen - rustic in style but a good sized room with ample space for a dining table for the family. The town of Rochechouart benefits from town gas and this house has a gas central heating system. The boiler is set to one side in the kitchen. Off the kitchen you also have a large walk in pantry which doubles as a utility room.

A door at the far end of the hallway leads out into the walled rear garden. This pretty courtyard of approx 280m² is bursting with colour from the assorted roses all around and has a covered sitting area too.
