All the water from the gutters goes into tanks which are pumped into a header tank and can be used to flush the toilet.

The pool is equipped with a thermal cover.
Exterior. There is a large hangar with electricity and an inspection pit for vehicles or tractors. There are sliding doors to the hay store. In the garden, there are 2 cherry trees, 2 pear trees, 2 plum trees and an apple tree.
There is a well at the front of the house used for watering the garden.

There are 4 acres of hazel trees and 200 oak trees on the land. It is a fully organic property.
