We bought our house here in 2010 as a holiday home, then moved permanently in 2012 when our daughter was 18 months old. We wanted her to experience another culture and initially planned to stay just until she started school. Instead, we fell in love with our village and have never looked back!

Having renovated our home and a gîte, watched our daughter grow up through the French education system and become part of village life, I have plenty of practical experience to share.
My background is in public affairs and communications, and what I enjoy most is meeting people, listening to their plans and helping them achieve them. I aim to be the agent I would want myself: knowledgeable, responsive and easy to talk to. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’d love to help you take your next step.

My area covers southern Deux-Sèvres and neighbouring Vienne, including Melle, Lezay, La Mothe-Saint-Héray and Lusignan, where peaceful countryside surrounds pretty, vibrant market towns. What I love most is the balance: a slower pace of life and room to breathe, with the shops, restaurants and cultural life of Niort and Poitiers within reach.

Some of my favourite ways to enjoy the area are walking through Melle’s arboretum, following the white tracks between villages or taking in the countryside from the panoramic viewpoint in Exoudun. There’s a real sense of community here, with markets, clubs and activities offering plenty of opportunities to get involved.
Properties range from stone cottages and village houses to country homes with outbuildings and wonderful historic buildings. Whether you’re looking for a family home, a holiday retreat or space for a business or hobby, there’s plenty to discover. Access to the Atlantic coast, airports and TGV connections to Paris was part of what drew us here, and remains a real advantage.
