About my area

I live in the south of the Charente in a small village nestled in the heart of the Cognac vineyards, known as "la grande champagne", renowned for producing the finest Cognac brandy, a spirit of excellence from a unique terroir and combined with ancestral know-how, and imposing itself as the image of luxury à la française. The region is crossed by the river Charente and is made up of plains and hills with gentle slopes, vineyards, elegant châteaux, longères and stone and rubble houses.

About me

I am a native of the south of France and after many trips, I settled down with my Quebecois husband 25 years ago in a small Charente village between Barbezieux and Segonzac where we ran a bar-restaurant for 20 years. Then I moved to the next village and continued with other activities. Real estate has always attracted me and having a commercial background and experience, loving communication and relationships, I naturally went in this direction. I use my knowledge of the region and can provide my clients with advice and ideas to discover the Cognac environment, which surprises and delights us with its diversity?
