About my area

The Bassin d'Arcachon is a bay on the Atlantic coast off the South West of France in the Aquitaine region. The area has kilometers of beautiful golden sandy beaches and boasts the largest sand dune in europe the breath taking "Dune de Pyla". You can enjoy life at a different pace in this beautiful sought after location. You are only a short drive from the wine capital of the world Bordeaux and only 200 Kms from the Pyrenees. So whether you enjoy soaking in the summer sun or skiing in the winter this area ticks all the boxes.

About me

I first arrived in France in 2001 after deciding to make the move from my native Ireland, to experience life in my future husbands country. We spent the next 7 years in Bordeaux city and then decided to move further south to Gujan Mestras where we live today. I love the quality of life that we enjoy with our children who are both bilingual and have the benifit of a double nationality. The beautiful weather, beaches, wine and food are all you need to live life to the full in this stunning part of the world. I am delighted to have the opportunity of working with Leggett to help others realise their dream of moving to France. My area offers something for all whether it is a high end luxury home ,a family home or a secondary residence.
