• From 66,001 € to 99,999 € - 9%

4. Different mandate types

• "Honoraires charge acquéreur" displayed on our website in the following format:

**agency fees included : 8 % TTC to be paid by the buyer

This means that the fee is to be the responsibility of the buyer. The advert will indicate the agency fee including tax in addition to it being expressed as a percentage of the sale price. Two prices will then be displayed; one which includes the fee and one excluding the fees.
