The village has a private chateau, a beautiful church and amenities include a bakery/cafe and hairdressers. Also within walking distance of the house is a childrens playground and the village lake. The nearest large town is Ligueil (11km). The medieval market town of Loches is approx 18kms. Access to the A10 motorway (Paris/Bordeaux) is around 30km away and Tours with its Ryanair served airport and TGV/LGV (Paris 1hr) is just over 60km. This area is just on the edge of the World Heritage site of the Loire Valley with all of its beautiful chateaux and 30 mins from the Brenne National Park which is a birdwatchers paradise.
