Beach volleyball and soccer, basketball, paragliding, bike park, via ferrata and mountain biking with many chair lifts converted with a bike carrier to give you an “up” lift. There is a golf driving range, club house and restaurant and an 18 hole golf course, the highest in Europe at 2100m. The apartment is situated in the sought after district of Val Claret opposite the funicular to take you up to the dizzy heights of the Grande Motte Glacier at 3450m altitude. The apartment is set in a well established residence with all amenities on the doorstep including a mini-market, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, ski sports equipment shops

Enter the apartment on the 1st floor into the modern kitchen area with brand new appliances including electric oven and 4 burner hob, extractor fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink unit.
