Situated in a hamlet location, close to the Medieval market towns of Domfront and Lassay les Chateaux, and situated within the Parc Naturel Normandie-Maine, this charming stone cottage is in a great area, not far from local amenities with a supermarket and bakery 3 minutes by car. This great little house comes with an ample amount of outside space so it is great for a rural retreat in the Normandy countryside.

Stepping into the cottage, where we find the living room with a kitchenette area. The wood burner and stone fireplace contribute to a rustic atmosphere, complemented by exposed stone walls and character beams that add a historical touch. The room is 24m2.

Upstairs, you'll find a cosy bedroom which leads us to a compact shower room with a WC and sink, making good use of the limited space. Do take note of the low A frame beam in the bedroom, whilst a characteristic feature of the cottage, it does limit the space, you could possibly have the cross beam moved/adjusted to counter this, to suit your needs.

Going back downstairs, we find another room on the ground floor, accessible via an external door, serving as a versatile little room, currently used as a laundry room. There is an additional shower and WC which has been fitted – a versatile space which can be adapted to fit your needs.

Outside, there is a small patio area around the house. The garden is fenced from the neighbouring property, and there is a feature stone wall. The garden is mainly lawn, with a few trees and shrubs, there is also a well on the grounds. The parking area, on the other side of the stone wall, is surfaced with gravel and includes a shed and wood shelter for storage. Adding to the property's versatility is a caravan, providing additional flexible space. A parcel of wooded land not directly attached to the property expands outdoor possibilities.
