This house is in need of a loving hand. Although the roof has been completely re-done in 2020, it still needs quite a bit of work.
The interior needs to be stripped, the attic needs to be insulated, the wiring is (too) old and the roof of the annexe needs to be replaced.
But it has heaps of potential and it can become a lovely house with a lovely view over the river and very nice and manageable garden in one of France's prettiest villages.
