In Roussillon, the LEGGETT International agency offers this recently built (2019) 77 m2, 2-storey architect-designed house set on a hillside with a superb view of the Luberon park. It is nestled on a plot of 1150 m2 with the possibility of building an additional 60 m2 identical house to the existing one, and comprises:
-On the R-1 floor (which acts as the house's ground floor), a living room of 27 m2 comprising a kitchen and a dining-living room, which opens onto a 43 m2 terrace, facing nature via sliding doors, followed by a bedroom with private shower room 11.08 m2 with Italian shower and travertine tiling, all facing south-east, and a WC.
- On the ground floor from the natural level (which acts as the 1st floor for the house), you have a second bedroom, again facing south-east 10.58 m2, with a shower room featuring a small washbasin and an Italian shower. The panoramic view from these two rooms is extraordinary.
On the north side, a separate entrance leads to an annex, now used as a medical space.

For the plot, the floor area is limited to 40% of the plot, i.e. 458 m2, but this would not be feasible given the constraints of the PLU (a distance of
distance of 15 m from the axis of the road), which would make it possible to build a second house of around 60 m2 on 2 levels with a basement like the current house. The house is close to the village center, with all amenities within walking distance. Roussillon is located in the heart of the northern Luberon valley, between the "petit" Luberon and the Vaucluse mountains.
