From all three spaces - the living room, dining area and kitchen - you can see the sea, and all spaces offer direct access to the terrace.
Turn left and there is a corridor with the master bedroom to your right, and the bathroom to your left. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space, direct access to the terrace, and most importantly - a simply fabulous sea view to wake up to. At the end of the hallway is another bedroom which is connected by sliding doors to a conservatory-like room (and old terrace that has now been covered) with large floor to ceiling windows facing two directions and of course also a sea view.
The large terrace - which is very private as it's not overlooked - stretches over two sides of the apartment and the view is simply stunning. You can enjoy the view of the deep blue Bay of Villefranche and behind it Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and even the hills behind Monaco in the distance. There is room to sunbathe and entertain guests, and simply enjoy the tranquility of the location - set a bit back from the busy roads you barely hear any traffic here.
In the courtyard area you have beautiful Mediterrean flowers and bushes, and also a small outbuilding which is currently being used as a laundry room with a washing machine and drier. There is also plenty of storage space for garden furniture and cushions, suitcases and more.
The apartment is accessed through its own pedestrian gate leading into the courtyard, with a private parking space behind a gate, and room to park one more car either in front of the gates or on the quiet street inside the private domain.
The location is excellent - you are less than 30 minutes from Nice airport and Monaco, and in just 45 minutes you can be in Italy. The amenities at the Col de Villefranche - a small grocery store, a bakery, butcher, busy brasserie restaurant and more - are a short walk from the apartment. To get down to the beach and Villefranche's charming Old Town with its many restaurants and bars the drive takes less than 10 minutes, or by foot it's a 20 minute walk.
