House in Courvaudon , Calvados , Normandy

This is a favourite of ours. The house, land and location come together to make it desirable to many.
It is on a quiet lane surrounded by countryside, some of it belonging to the house in the form of grassland, woodland and orchard.
The stone built house is in good order with a super new fitted kichen, also on the ground floor is a dining room, sitting room and TV room or study. They come with beamed ceilings and open fires. Ground floor WC;
On the first floor are two good size charming bedrooms, both with their own
ensuite facilities.
The next bit takes a bit more describing, in the loft are two good size bedrooms, but only good size at floor level, the pitch of the roof meaning there is only head height at the centre and a little each side. There is a shower room at one end. The stairs are a little steep; Though I haven't included them in the
total number of bedrooms, they are there, and used. I could certainly use either.
Outside is a good size walled front garden with a terrace. The rear garden is small and hedged.
Beyond the front garden is a drive and two detached outbuildings. One has been used as an artists study, the other as an office. Beyond these is an orchard.
Lower down ai another outbuilding with garaging, storage and workshop.
Behind this is woodland which stretches away to the side and a grassed area.
