get in through the veranda then into the large kitchen which serves as a dining room and which could also be a dance room as it is so large. Walk into a living room then into a "boudoir" room, next to which a cinema room awaits you to savor your best films on video projector. In this part, there is also a bathroom, a toilet and a room which is currently used as a sewing and music workshop, but which could easily become a bedroom on the ground floor. We are 30 minutes from Auxerre, Vermenton, from where it is possible to reach Paris by train.
