You enter the chalet from the terraced area (which could also eventually be either enclosed or transformed into more habitable living space) straight into the integrated kitchen/living space. There is a gas run fridge and oven. Electricity is 12 watt battery that are powered by two rechargeable 500 watt batteries which will power laptop, smartphones as well as various lights.
To the left of the front door is a small storage area which is closed off. Heating is by way of a wood burning stove. There is a well on the property that can be used to pump water to the chalet. A double and a single bedroom complete this very individual and eco friendly lodge. Drinking water is supplied by using a gravity, ceramic filtration system. Shower and dry toilets are a few feet from the cabin. But what makes this property absolute paradise are the 360 degree views. In any season and at any time of the day, it really is a little slice of heaven on earth.
It you care to share your dream, this property could easily be rented out on a weekly basis to generate extra income, or on a private daily basis to fishermen. There are beautiful paths to walk on and mushroom picking is right on your doorstep. It is a must see!
