A beautiful property set in nearly two hectares of land, with views over open countryside from the rear terrace. The renovation was tastefully carried out using high quality materials and includes many interesting, original and architectural and artistic features – exposed beams, tiled floors. In fact, the whole property is quite unique and lends itself to a commercial venture, such as a boutique hotel, luxurious B&B or retreat, or a stunning events venue for hosting weddings, seminars, murder-mystery weekends, or relaxing leisure activity holidays.
The Gîte adjoins the main house and can accommodate 8 to 10 guests, with the option of using part of the house with direct access. It has been successfully let for several years. The 14m x 7m pool is surrounded by a paved terrace, with a large pool house and covered terrace, providing a large summer kitchen, shower and toilet. The gîte also benefits from its own garden and independent access.
Hautefort is just a short drive away. Read more ...
