Part of the roof was replaced along with the zinc work (the tower and the witches hat). The guttering and downpipes were also replaced. The chateau roof to the front aspect seems in good condition, the wood structure is in excellent condition however there are a couple of leaks to the rear aspect that require attention. Electrics, plumbing, heating and waste disposal will require updating.

The chateau is accessed via a long entrance road of 1km which solely serves the chateau and the estate, there is an individual private driveway which reaches the chateau grounds . There is no passing traffic but there will be a couple of distant neighbours who also live on the estate.
