The property has a front garden with a very modern underground water treatment station - The garden area is shingled. It is a good size area giving plenty of space in which to sit and BBQ. There is a larger garden area just about 25m away.

Enter the house into the quant Kitchen/Diner. The kitchen is fully fitted with both floor and wall cupboards and white goods.
