You can enter the house through the garage or the front door.
Going through the front door there is hallway that gives access to a room (office), bedroom and the basement area.

The first room is about 10m2 which could be ideal for an office. There is a second room (bedroom) of about 10m2

You can have access to the basement area which is divided into a storage area of about 21m2 and a garage area of about 48m2. The storage area could be transformed into a bathroom. Through the garage you can have access to the back garden as well.

There is a staircase lift installed to go to the first floor.
