Entry to the house is from a large gravel parking area and across a little outdoor terrace, into a lovely sitting area adjacent to the open plan kitchen-diner (7.6m x 5m). This room is heated by a beautiful hand painted wood-burner as well as oil filled electric radiators (throughout the house). Off the kitchen is a utility room which also houses the electric hot water tank and downstairs toilet and shower room.
