From the landing the stairs lead to the top floor where there are 4 additional bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are ensuite.

The basement is comprised of a commercial multiple rooms including a personal kitchen, commercial kitchen, cold room with two walk-in freezers, boiler room and dining room.

The Chateau, whilst originally constructed in the 1850's, was extended to provide a vast extension to it's rear to provide for a multi-purpose function hall. Previously this has included the hosting of both private and commercial functions and most recently hosting a successful restauranting business. In recent times this space has been used for family gatherings with an informal games room, lounges and bar.

To the rear of the property are three outbuildings, all requiring renovation but with the potential for use as additional accommodation or storage.

The Chateau sits in grounds of 15 acres with the chateau itself overlooking a formal lawn beyond which lies the 3.75acre carp lake. The lake itself runs to depths of approx 2m and contains an unknown number of carp and pike. To the far bank of the lake is located a fishing cabin. The lake is fully registered as a closed waters and would be ideal as a fishing venue or private fishing lake. Works should be expected to clear some trees at the top end of the lake.

To the side of formal lawn lies a small area of mature woodland beyond which are further areas of formal lawns and gardens including a maturing orchard.

From a location perspective it is close to the major town of Vitré with its historical centre and the vast array of commerce and services to the outside of the town. Equally it is a short distance from the centre of the Rennes being approx 30mins from city centre. The TGV services are accessible at Vitré and Rennes allowing for a transfer to Paris of less than 2hrs. The channel ferries from St Malo are approx 1h15 from the Chateau location.
