This a rare opportunity to own a large classic ski apartment in a great and up and coming ski area that ticks all the boxes.
Situated in the 'La Porte des Saisons' residence and just a stones throw away from the slopes, it provides a really comfortable and practical location within the very popular and up and coming resort of Saint Sorlin D'arves.
Situated across the second and third floor of the large chalet the apartment has really homely feeling. You can bring your car right up to the door of the building for unloading and then park it just 20-30 metres away in the large residence car park. The chalet is set back from the main centre of town which is perfectly accessible via the free ski bus. From the main living area large glazed doors lead you on to the balcony which wraps around two side of the building. From one side you look up to the impressive views of the col de le crois de Fer and the other across the fields and valley. It's really quite impressive. The two balconies face either north west or north east.
The apartment boasts a separate toilette and bathroom downstairs and then another toilet/shower room upstairs.

The apartment is free from commercial rental contract as of the end of March 2022. Any future owner can use it simply for their own purpose as of this date or choose to sign up to a rental agreement with a local company.

The resort is quickly becoming one of the most sought after in the Maurienne valley with rumours of future plans to link the Sybelles ski area to Alpe d'Huez this would make a massive ski area.
With excellent access via the motorway to Saint Jean de Mauriene the journey to resort is simple. Just 1 hr from Chambery airport or two hours from Lyon, Grenoble and Geneva airports. Access by train to St Jean de Maurienne is easy from Chambery and Lyon and therefore from Paris too. The new Lyon -Turin TGV line will also call into St Jean de Maurienne making Saint Sorlin and the Sybelles ski area one of the most accessible resorts in the Alpes and sure investment and development of the ski area.
Saint Sorlin d'Arves ski resort boasts 120km of slopes and with the Sybelles integration this is extended to 310kms. The terrain is varied with open ski fields to tree lined descents there's something for everyone. Altitude ranges from 2620m to 1100m in the lowest area and access by ski is simple to all the other integrated resorts of La Toussuire, La Corbiere, St Jean d'Arves and Saint Columban des Villards.

In summer Saint Sorlin is a sought after destination for alpine breaks. As it is situated on the Col de Croix de Fer there are many people who are attracted by the legendary cycle route but not only that.. the resort offers many classic summer alpine activities from walking to paragliding. There is loads going on in a really picturesque setting for all the family.
