The Serre d'Aigle is the closest residence to the Piste Luc Alphand in Chantemerle. Here we have

Chantemerle is one of the central villages in the Serre Chevalier ski area. It has a great variety of restaurants and bars as well as boutique shops, child care facilities and weekly events.

There are public buses that run up the valley to Monetier where one can enjoy the natural hot spring spas and then down the valley to Briancon and the historic Old Town.

Serre Chevalier is easy to access by aeroplane via Turin and Grenoble, both just 125 kms, or 2 hrs drive.
