One of a number of villas with an Art Deco influence built by a local builder in the 1970s the house is situated on the edge of this popular village on a quiet lane above the village centre. It is just a short walk to the local shops and for outdoor enthusiasts, the house is surrounded by popular walks along the river and surrounding forest.

The village has a pre-school and primary school up to the age of 11. There is a choice of two colleges, one in Aspet (8 km - 9 mins) and one in St Gaudens (10 km - 12 mins).
The high school from ages 15 - 18 is in St Gaudens

The village has general doctors, a nurse, physio and a pharmacy. There are dentists just 12 minutes away in St Gaudens which also has a recently renovated hospital.

There is also a post office, vet, a bakers and a larger range of shops, bars, restaurants and markets in Aspet just 9 minutes away.

There is a gate that leads to the main entrance door and gates to the private driveway leading to the large garage.

The entrance hall provides access to all the ground floor rooms and the staircase to the first floor and the basement.
