This little cottage, attached on one side, offers the space for a 2 or 3 bedroom house with lounge, kitchen and dining room below. The roof has been overhauled and lined and the drainage is a collective system, although not conforming. It is possible to camp out in the house while you are doing the work as there are basic facilities in place. The roof has been overhauled and lined (but do note that the chimney has been capped so is no longer in use) and a new electrical installation has been started, but is to finish.

There are 3 rooms on the ground floor (17m², 15m² and 15m²), offering the space for a kitchen, lounge and dining room and it would be possible to take down the wall between the first 2 rooms if you prefer something open plan. Alternatively, this could be 2 or 3 bedrooms.

The first floor (the staircase is on the exterior of the building) used to be the main living accommodation so you will see the remnants of the old kitchen in the photos. The vendors have taken down the wall between this room and what was the main bedroom and this could certainly be a good sized bedroom or kitchen, depending on your preferred layout (19m²).

Alongside, there is a shower room and WC (3m²) and then comes the large attic space (29m²) with 2 windows already fitted. There is space here for 2 bedrooms, or one large master bedroom with en suite and dressing room, perhaps. Alternatively, a large lounge/dining room.
