The current owner has reinvested heavily in the business. The whole hotel now has external insulation which is very efficient. The bathrooms have recently been replaced. The radiators have all been replaced this spring. The cellar is currently being refurbished and having its carpet replaced.
This hotel has been operated in the winters only, and still has great turnover figures of around 200k. The resort is becoming very popular in the summer and these figures could be improved upon for an all year round operation.
