Imagination shouldn't be a problem, inspired by these views, to make the best of this unfinished project, but all the potential is there. This little gem is waiting for someone to complete the renovation to its full potential.
Atypical stone village house under renovation in the village of Calvignac, consisting of a medieval stone part associated with a contemporary part in a new wood structure, on a plot of 2620m2.
The building has an exceptional situation, facing south and west while being sheltered from the north, both in the village and in a natural area, it offers a dominant viewpoint over the Lot valley and the river and especially the chateau at Cenevieres.
This project is ideal for architecture enthusiasts looking for a privileged setting and a dominant view.

The property presents so far, a room of 46,5m2 approximately, two further rooms of 36,4 m ² approximately; a cellar and farm buildings without roof.
The roof and the frame have been completely redone and insulated with materials respecting the environment and architectural heritage, the wood structure and all the joisting are new (douglas fir and chestnut).
The property will need to be connected to the mains drainage in the village and will also need to have the water and electricity connected as well.
The work so far shows a contemporary and ecological bias associated with a rigorous respect of the medieval part, dating back to the 14th century, which could be preserved and of which there remains many elements.
The design allows for the possibility of installation of recessed windows, so can be visible from the outside while offering unique views.
A lot of work has been done, perpetuating the building and its historical elements.
The end result will be an exceptional heritage, with great potential, combining modernity and history in a preserved natural site.
