Nestled in a peaceful hamlet of just a few houses, this property is just a short walk from the beautiful leisure lake of Saint Pardoux, with its three beaches and newly opened swimming pool. A small entrance hall leads into a spacious reception room (26m2), with large open fire place and a window overlooking the front garden. The kitchen (21m2) is just next door and is fully fitted, with exposed beams and a door leading out to the terrace and garden. An archway, then leads into another very large, bright reception room ( 31m2), which faces the rear garden and has double French doors leading outside. This floor also has a utility room, and from here there’s access to a small workshop, also accessible from the side of the house.
