HISTORY AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
Built in 1869 by the owners grandparents the hotel/bar/restaurant operated all year round until 2000. Then due to bereavement it was just the Winter and Summer seasons.
Now it is open from the beginning of June to the end of September as the owner finds it too difficult now to operate to its full capacity alone and it is for this reason he was forced to make the decision to put the family hotel for sale after being in the family for 3 generations.
Originally the hotel did not have any classification but over the years they obtained 1st, 2nd and then in 2012 the 3rd star rating. They have been members of the Logis de France since 1984.
The turnover figures for every three years in the past and each year more recently, are below and reflect the change in opening hours more recently:
2003 - 158,627E
2006 - 189,158E
2009 - 201,951E
