Middle Floor.
This the heart of the chalet with a spacious living/dining area with built in fireplace. There is access to the balcony to the front of the chalet and two sets of French doors to the garden.
There is also a recently fitted , large ,open plan kitchen—a great space.
Top Floor.
Bedrooms 3,4 and 5---all double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room with WC and access to the balcony to the rear of the chalet.

The chalet sits in a peaceful spot in Le Replat just above the village. There is an outside ski locker and, just below the chalet, a parking space for one vehicle. External parking is not difficult as this is a quiet part of the village.
Heating is via the feature fireplace and electric heaters.
A shuttle bus runs from Le Replat to Montchavin and the village of Les Coches.
Montchavin (1250m) is a charming village that has retained its farming heritage( and smells!!!!)
Along with sister village, Les Coches( 1450m) it offers some great skiing through the trees and access to high altitude La Plagne via a series of chairlifts. The amazing Vanoiuse Express cable car is only one lift away offering access to all of Les Arcs. The joint La Plagne, Les Arcs, Paradiski ski area offers an amazing 425km of piste; one of the world’s great ski areas.
Both Montchavin and Les Coches enjoy a summer season in July and August.
Travel Info.
By car it is an approx. 10-hour drive from the main channel ports.
By rail, the nearest station is at Landry some 10 minutes away by car/taxi. In the ski season a direct Eurostar service runs to Bourg St Maurice.
The main airports serving the area are Chambery, Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble
