The cottages are very simple. The first offers 2 ground floor rooms and the back room as a door onto the garden. There is a staircase leading from the 1st room up to the attic which could certainly be converted into bedrooms.

The 2nd cottage is just one large room with feature fireplace. Again there is an attic space above but no staircase.

Alongside, you have the barn, which again offers further potential if converted or plenty of parking and storage space. There is also an outbuilding attached to the other side.

Finally, you have a small piece of land along with a small outbuilding (in very poor condition) opposite which makes an obvious parking area.

The garden, although overgrown, is a really good size and enjoys lovely views.

The property has a water and electricity meter and mains drains is available to connect into (just in front of the property).
