Abjat sur Bandiat is in the Perigord Vert, a rural area, filled with lakes, woods, valleys and rivers. Part of the Perigord Limousin Regional Natural Park, it is a green and tranquil place to spend time.

The house is right in the centre of the village, just round the corner from the church square.
