House in Saint-Plantaire , Indre , Centre-Val-de-Loire

Front door into entrance hall. If you turn right off of here you enter the lounge with its windows to front and fireplace with wood burning stove. Through an archway you come to the dining roon which has patio doors to the front, fireplace and tiled floor. The good size kitchen is entered from here with floor and wall units, double ceramic sink, tiled floor and door to the garden and double windows to the back. Utility room with plumbing for a washing machine, sink windows to the back of the property and a second staircase to upstairs.
Back to the hall, if you turn left from here you are in the 4th bedroom/3rd reception room which has a wood floor, fireplace and windows to front. From here leads to a downstairs bathroom with W.C and a separate W.C
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and an office. Bed 3 is reached either through bed 2 or independantly using the second staircase which runs up from the utility room. There is also another small room, currently used for storage which does have plumbing available.
Under the house is a cellar that can be reached from inside the house or outside.
The garden is around the house but there is also a separate plot on the other side of the lane, perfect as a vegetable plot as it has water running to it. The garden itself has apple, pear, walnut, cherry and plum trees.
There are various out side buildings ranging from a wood store to a garage and workshop.
There is enclosed parking for several cars.
