Ground floor: A flight of stone steps leads you a covered balcony and front door. To one side of the balcony, a door opens into a useful study or office room, ideal for dealing with guests to the gite without needing to invite them into the house. The front door of the Main House then opens into a charming entrance hall, with stairs leading to the first floor, access to the living room to the right and the stunning kitchen / dining room to the left. The comfortable living room has glazed doors opening into the garden and private pool area. It also benefits from a gas-fired coal effect fire for those cooler winter evenings. The kitchen and dining area is without doubt the main focus of the house, as it is just superb! No expense has been spared with the fixtures, fittings and floor coverings. It has a walk-in larder in one corner, and also a very special wine store to one side with original stone features. Just off the kitchen area is a downstairs WC and utility room.
