You enter into the kitchen (18m²) with feature open fireplace and original oak flooring. The feel is country, rustic and the beautiful fireplace is crying out for a wood burning stove to be fitted. The lounge (15m²) is alongside with a lovely chestnut parquet flooring.

Upstairs, you have the master bedroom (14m²), which leads to the bathroom (3m²) and 2nd bedroom (14m²) - also a good sized double. Again, you have a lovely solid wood floor throughout and beams on show. Since the virtual tour was taken (and now shown in the still photos), the whole property has had brand new double glazed uPVC windows fitted and new wooden shutters. As previously noted, drainage is already in place with the 4000 litre septic tank ready to be connected into. However, please do note that the barn roof is now in need of urgent work, including both the tiles and some of the main beams.
