A free shuttle bus links the development with the La Roche chairlift and fabulous Chalet de la Roche restaurant just 5 minutes down the mountain and the resort villages of Plagne 1800, Plagne Centre and Plagne Aime 2000 going up the mountain. The service runs from 06-00 until midnight. It is possible to ski ,off piste, through the trees both to and from the village development.
There is an excellent choice of bars, shops and restaurants in both Plagne 1800 and Plagne Centre. The Chalet La Roche restaurant at the foot of the La Roche chairlift has an excellent terrace and is highly recommended.
The joint La Plagne, Les Arcs, Paradiski ski area is one of the world’s largest ski domains with 425km. of piste. In fact, taking the off piste into account, by area, it is the world’s largest ski area.

Travel Info.
By car it is an approx. 10-hour drive from the main channel ports. The nearest station is Aime la Plagne down in the valley. Chambery, Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble are the main airports serving the resort.
