The ground floor of the villa is perfectly designed for modern living, the large salon (40+m2) leading onto the kitchen/dining area (25m2) creating an open plan space of nearly 70m2, all leading out onto the south facing courtyard with views over the palace of Monaco and the old town and surrounded by bougainvillea, rosemary, yukka and olive trees.
