The property is located in a small Périgord village in a quiet area, 7 minutes from Souillac (restaurants, medical centres, shops, supermarkets, schools, railway station, motorway), 5 minutes from the Dordogne, 30 minutes from Sarlat and its tourist sites: medieval castles, prehistoric sites, le Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour village, swimming in the Dordogne, hiking... The property is perfectly located to enjoy the tourist activity of the Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment.
This old farmhouse is made of two old stone buildings, with beams, fireplace, very well renovated. All windows and patio doors are double-glazed.
The first building, two storeys high, is organized into a main house on the ground floor and two suites to welcome guests on the ground floor.
You enter the house from the courtyard side through a vestibule that gives access to the kitchen / dining room: a nice living space of about 25 m2.
