At the other end of the guest accommodation is a door leading to a large carpenter’s workshop with double garage doors and a staircase up to an artist’s studio overhead.
Going outside and around the back of the workshop is another building attached containing an artist’s workshop and a separate design studio.
Electric (intercom operated) steel gates from the main road can be used to access the property bringing you down a driveway of 200m, across a wooden bridge (over the river) and onto the property. There is a parking area to the right and further space for cars behind the wall. There is an orchard with various active fruit trees, some woodland and a large lawn in the centre of the grounds. Horses can graze at ease.
