About my area

Central Brittany is a beautiful spot and we are lucky to be practically on the towpath of the Nantes Brest canal so we can walk or cycle for miles and observe the natural world along its banks and in the adjacent fields. We were warmly welcomed by our Breton neighbours when we arrived and have made many friends. Pontivy is our nearest town. On a human scale but with all that we need close by, services, restaurants, culture and shopping. It is an agricultural region so the seasons are very evident as the farmers go about their work in the fields during the year.

About me

I arrived in beautiful Brittany with my family in 2003. We found a beautiful stone longère just a couple of steps from the Nantes Brest canal and we still live there. I have a passion for creativity and in my other life I am a textile art teacher. I adore nature, plants, animals, the textures of stone, of mosses, of tree bark and I take thousands of photos! We saved and renovated a few run down houses nearby which we now rent out and so I was delighted when the opportunity of continuing to work in the property market with Leggett came up.
