Originally from Canada, I came to France in 2002 for what was supposed to be just one winter season working in the French Alps. Choosing to make France my permanent home was an easy decision.
More than two decades later, my family and I still feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in this beautiful corner of the world. We enjoy the very best of both the lake and the mountains, making every season something special. I also have a healthy obsession with cheese, so living in Haute-Savoie suits me perfectly.
As a Leggett estate agent, I am passionate about helping my clients navigate every step of their property journey. Combining my local knowledge with first-hand experience, I love introducing people to this exceptional region. Nothing is more rewarding than helping clients find their own perfect place to call home.

Living in the small sleepy village of Lathuile only a few minutes from Lake Annecy is a great area to be based in the Haute Savoie as we are positioned at the Bout du Lac which has easy access to the west or east side and all the villages alongside the lake.
The cycle track is nearby which means we can explore the secrets spots on the like by bike. Or we can walk late afternoon to the lake for a swim and a sundowner.

During the summer, you'll usually find us out on our boat, hiking with friends, or exploring the trails on our mountain bikes. I truly believe this part of the Alps remains one of France's best-kept secrets, offering everything you could wish for in a family holiday destination.
Winter is just as special with lots of snow showing spots, the well know Christmas Market in Annecy and local ski spots to discover in the Aravis. We also have a base in La Tania, Courchevel which is only a 1 hour car ride away, where our two children grew up, and it's fair to say we're all a little ski-mad!
