As a child, summer holidays were spent on our small family sailing boat cruising the northern coast of France and the Channel Islands. Memories of seafood direct from the markets and fresh baguette in the morning never really went away and I jumped at the chance to do some seasonal work in France from 1994. A couple of years later, I met a beautiful young French lady who would soon become my fiancée, then wife and mother of our two children. Over the years our journey has brought us across France to the unspoiled shores of southern Brittany, which ticks a lot of our boxes. I have been lucky enough to work in both tourism and property sales over the last 20 years, both of which have been great ways to share with clients the French lifestyle/culture and continues to be a pleasure. A très bientôt. If I had to give one piece of advice to anyone considering a long-term move to France ?? Learn the language, it’s another 60million people you can talk to. ‘Voilà’.View Brittany Information Homepage
