About my area

I am based between Pontivy and Loudéac, in the very heart of Brittany at the border of Morbihan and Cotes d'Armor. A popular and dynamic area with a growing population, well served by good roads, and with several large regional towns offering all the services you could wish for. Here you will find a mix of urban and rural properties, ancient and modern, there will be a property to suit everyone. There are many lovely areas to explore, the medieval centre of Pontivy, the beaches, woodlands and water sport activities at Lac de Guerlédan, and of course the beautiful north and south coasts of Brittany are just an hour away. Rennes, the capital of Brittany is just over an hour away and has a direct train link to Paris, plus the airport.

About me

In France for almost twenty years, I come from a background in business and commerce. Qualified in art, design and photography, I have done everything from working as part of the team in a prestigious art gallery in the countryside of south England, been involved in the world of antique dealing, worked in e-commerce, handled marketing for a chain of home goods stores, imported and sold luxury cars, and most recently property development. I chose to join the wonderful Leggett Immobilier International team and have since helped many happy sellers and buyers to achieve their goals.
