Famous for its wines and the Canal de Midi, this is a region that has the best of all that the South of France has to offer but without the over population and high prices of the Cote D’Azure.Dotted with charming villages, easy access to some of the best beaches on the Mediterranean, to the slopes of the Pyrenees, to the spectacular gorges and scenery in the hills of the Haute Languedoc, this region we believe offers the best value for money and potential of any in France. What we love most though is the amazing sky and superb weather.

About me

Isabelle Gauthier and Anthony Lawrence Residents of the region since 2019 and having bought and renovated a substantial property in the heart of the Cote du Midi just north of Narbonne, we have developed an expertise in the identification of character homes in our area as well as offering a wealth of ‘know-how’ and ‘know-who’ to our clients. Isabelle’s background in International business administration was developed in Quebec. Since leaving Canada in 2006 she has worked in the UK and the middle east. Anthony’s background has been in global marketing and advertising which has taken him to North America, the middle and far east, and Australasia over a 35 year career. Now they call the Languedoc Roussillon their home. Their passion is property and all its’ potential and opportunity!
