Having moved to France in 2000, I have loved every moment of it. Having moved to France in 2000, I have loved every moment of it. I have gained a great deal of knowledge about property, education and any other questions that you might have about moving to Brittany. My former employment working in UK estate agents and surveyors has also given me a good grounding for my present job as an agent commercial and I look on it at as finding you a home, not just bricks and mortar, and I really do enjoy every moment of my job. Cooking is a great passion in my life and l am lucky enough to be able to harvest and cook produce that we have grown in the garden. I adore entertaining, and of course living in France, the accompanying wine will not break the bank. Another passion in my life is my horse, Anna, which is why I chose the Loudéac area in Central Brittany to live in, with hundreds of miles of safe hacking trails and a wonderful race track, just on the outskirts of the town it is a horse lover’s dream. Whether you are looking for an equine paradise, a rundown farm house or smart holiday retreat then I am sure I could find you your idea property.

My area covers Brittany (Cotes d’Armor, Morbihan) just a short flight or ferry crossing from the Channel Islands and also with good air and sea links to the UK, making Brittany a popular choice to purchase a holiday retreat or a permanent home, as many thousands of people have done so recently and in the past. Picturesque ancient towns, wonderful coastlines, excellent restaurants, miles of uncluttered roads and friendly welcoming people makes Brittany a wonderful place to be. The temperate climate makes for wonderful summers, and winter temperatures not as severe as some parts of the rest of France. The French are very family orientated, so children are very well catered for, with excellent educational facilities and plenty of activities organised for them during the school holidays. France’s low crime rate means that you will not have to worry as much about your children or the security of your home, as you might in some other countries.
